Verderair has released a new series of diaphragm pumps, the Verderair VA 80.
The metallic version of this pump is available in either stainless steel (SS316) or aluminium. The ball valves used in this pump are available in 9 different materials, to suit every pumping application; this pump is ideal for corrosive or abrasive process fluids. It features the all important, quick-acting air valve making it one of the most efficient pumps available, eliminating the need for efficiency improving ancillary equipment. The air valve is completely serviceable, taking only 5 minutes to service, as it requires no lubrication of any kind. If needed it can be repaired offline.
This new series of AOD pumps have a smooth operation due to the rapid changeover provided by the quick-acting air valve and this translates into an increased efficiency, using less air to achieve a higher flow rate. The robust construction provides equal sealing pressure to all surfaces, therefore ensuring leak free operation for safe and reliable pumping. The combination of these features results in a pump that requires less maintenance and undergoes less downtime, providing higher cost savings for the end user.
