DRUM PUMP TUBES

The PVDF Drum Pump tube is suitable for aggressive and non-flammable media, in particular high concentrated acids and alkalies. 

PVDF tubes can handle a maximum liquid temperature 90^oC. They are available in the following tube lengths:

• 700mm for 20L drums
• 1000mm for 200L drums
• 1200mm for IBCs
• other lengths available from 200mm to 3,000mm

Accessories include wall hangers, flow meters and nozzles.

The Polypropylene Drum Pump tube is suitable for aggressive and non-flammable media, including cleaning agents, acids and alkalies. 

Polypropylene tubes can handle a maximum liquid temperature of 50^oC. They are available in the following tube lengths:

• 1000mm for 200 L drums
• 1,200mm for IBCs
• other lengths available from 200mm to 3,000mm

The drive shaft of polypropylene drum pump tubes is constructed from 316 stainless steel or Hastalloy C.

Accessories include wall hangers, flow meters and nozzles. 

The Stainless steel drum pump tubes are suitable for all neutral, low viscous media as organic and inorganic dilated acids and alkalies.

Stainless steel tubes can handle maximum medium temperatures of 90^oC (with a PTFE rotor), or 120^oC (with stainless steel rotor) outside Ex-areas. 

Key features include:

• ATEX-compliant - these tubes can be used to pump highly combustible media such as solvents or gasoline and for use in explosive environments.
• drive shaft made of stainless steel 316Ti. 
• suitable for use in food-grade applications, where hygiene is critical
• EX-type examination certificate number ZELM 09 ATEX 0424X

Standard tube lengths are 1,000mm for 200L drums or 1,200mm for IBCs. Other lengths available from 700mm to 3,000mm.
