Hand-operated DRUM PUMP

The TP-02 is suitable for pumping oils, diesels, alcohol up to a maximum of 50%, anti-freezing liquid, water plus water-based chemicals and alkalis. It is constructed in polypropylene, with a stainless steel 316 shaft. 

It offers a telescopic suction tube which has a length of 340–900 mm. This drum pump tube is step-less adjustable and has a tube Ø of 40 mm.

This drum pump achieves a flow rate of 0.3, 0.37 or 0.45 L/stroke depending on lever position.

The TP-03 hand operated drum pump is suitable for oils, diesels, alcohols up to a maximum of 50%, anti-freezing liquid, water and more. It is constructed in polypropylene, with a steel shaft and NBR/Buna seal.

This hand operated drum pump offers a telescopic suction tube which has a length of 340–900 mm. This pump is step-less adjustable and has a tube Ø of 40 mm. Pump housing with drum adapters G 2”/G 1½”.

The TP-04 hand operated drum pump is suitable for almost all fluids. The ergonomically designed handle and polypropylene pump body guarantees reliable and fast filling of smaller quantities. Seals are constructed in Viton. 

It also offers a telescopic suction tube with a length of 480–950 mm.

The TP-04 achieves a flow rate of 0.3 L/stroke.

The TP-05 hand operated pumps are suitable for flammable media like solvents as well as acetone. This hand operated drum pump achieves a flow rate of between 0.3-0.6 L/min.

It is made from stainless steel 316Ti and is available in two lengths: 700 mm and 1000 mm.

The TP-07 hand pump offers precise dispensing
by pumping air into the drum or container and
then pressing the lever for safe decanting.

Pump can also be used as a syphoning pump
by keeping the lever in the ‘on’ position.

Our recommended 20 L drum pump is the Techniflo TP-05 or TP-07. Both options are suitable for use in drums up to 205 L, giving you greater capacity with industry-leading technology. The TP-05 is a stainless steel model that comes in either 700 mm or 1000 mm, depending on your application, and is designed with PTFE sealing that's made to withstand aggressive substances.
