The SlurryPro slurry pump is designed for the continuous pumping of highly abrasive, high-density slurries with minimal maintenance requirements. It is lined with a unique elastomeric compound that is comparable to rubber but offers more effective wear-resistance properties. This pump maintains high efficiency throughout the wear life of its components and a wide range of materials is available to suit various applications, ensuring maximum abrasion and corrosion resistance.

 

Features of the SlurryPro slurry pump include:

  • rubber and metal lined pumps
  • split casing for easy maintenance
  • moulded impeller for stronger wear resistance
  • liners available in different materials for greater chemical resistance

The horizontal series of heavy duty slurry pumps offers different sizes, available in a full selection of materials. Components come in a range of elastomer and hard metal types and materials to suit any application, ensuring maximum abrasion and corrosion resistance.

The cartridge-type bearing assembly is completely removable, allowing for easy on-site maintenance.

The SlurryPro vertical pump features a cantilever shaft design, eliminating bearings or seals in the fluid end. Material options include complete elastomer-lined pumps and hard metal options for corrosive and abrasive applications.

These heavy duty slurry pumps can be customised to suit your requirements, including a range of column lengths and impeller designs.
