Global Pumps is launching the new Style 907 hybrid seal.

This ground-breaking technology represents the evolution of advanced sealing technologies to such an extent that it can no longer be solely referred to as a traditional mechanical seal.

The Style 907 hybrid seal combines the advantages of our Zero Leakage System injectable packing with the practicality of a mechanical seal. This innovative design nearly eliminates leakage, requires zero electricity, and needs no water, thanks to the self-lubricating mixture of injectable packing and the frictionless running surface of the rotary sleeve.

• Style 907ht hybrid seal - high temperature

• Style 907td  hybrid seal - total dry

The Style 907TD hybrid seal, part of our advanced seal technology range,  guarantees zero leakage by substituting wear rings with high-performance lip seals. This innovative sealing technology uses a spring-loaded gland follower, allowing visual monitoring of the ZLS (Zero Leakage System) level.  It indicates the necessity for refills without any actual leakage occurring. This solution is especially ideal in situations where any form of leakage is strictly prohibited.

• Style 907mx hybrid seal - mixer seal

This hybrid seal is designed for applications on mixers, vessels, and machinery in accordance with DIN 28138, DIN 28136, DIN 28141, and DIN 28154 standards. Its two stabiliser rings serve as the seal's own bearing set, effectively absorbing the radial runout of the shaft. With total dry running capability, this advanced sealing technology is well-suited for top-end applications.
