Global Pumps wide range of tubes and hoses are designed and manufactured to maximum fatigue resistance in order to combat frequent failure.

Global Pumps Peristaltic Tubes

Global Pumps stocks a range of peristaltic pump tubes in various sizes and for a number of applications, in order to best serve our varied clientele. We only supply products from the leading brands in the industry, including the premium quality Verderflex. Capabilities vary between each product, but more peristaltic pump tubing is recommended for pumping liquids under 85oC..

Verderflex Hoses

These Verderflex hoses were designed and manufactured to maximise fatigue resistance in order to combat the frequent failure of hoses in peristaltic pumps that occur due to fatigue of the reinforcement layer. The result is a range of hoses that provide an extremely long service life.

The range of Verderflex hoses offer:

  • 12 standard hose sizes from 5mm (3/16”) to 125mm (5”)
  • All hoses are designed to maximise hose life by increasing the hoses’ fatigue strength
  • Standard VF hoses are available in Natural Rubber (NR), Nitrile Buna Rubber (NBR), Food Grade NBR (NBRF), EPDM and Hypalon ® (CSM). Verderprene is also available (for Dura pumps only)
    • Hoses have colour-coded identification tapes bonded into the outer surface during manufacture to clearly identify material type.
