The challenge
Marine Solutions provides liquid fish fertiliser for agriculture and horticulture in WA. Due to a capability issue with their existing hoses, every 3 months they were required to replace them due to hose failure. Not only does this increase downtime but proves to quite costly and maintenance heavy. Marine Solutions contacted Global Pumps for a solution because of their expertise in the industry and the reliability of their products.
The solution

These hoses offer advanced hose construction, a textured finish, permanent colour coding for easy identification, and are designed to suit any application, but they have many more reinforcements on a given diameter than any other hose. The result
As a result of installing these hoses, Marine Solutions no longer have to change their hoses every 3 months. Their hoses are now replaced yearly, and the pump doesn't break down halfway through a pumping session. This greatly increases productivity and efficiency.
